1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest

2 The Welsh Government's response to the Covid-19 pandemic and recovery
The Chair asked Dr Andrew Goodall to pass on the Committee’s gratitude to all staff working for the NHS throughout the current pandemic.
The Committee scrutinised the First Minister on the current actions being taken in relation to Covid-19.
3 Issues related to the UK's withdrawal from the European Union
The Committee scrutinised the First Minister on the current actions being taken in relation to the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union.

4.1 The Welsh Government's response to the Covid-19 pandemic and recovery: Correspondence from the Finance Committee
The Committee noted the correspondence and raised the issue with the First Minister during item two of today’s agenda.
5 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
The motion was agreed.
6 Discussion of previous evidence session
The Committee discussed the evidence received during the previous evidence sessions and agreed to write to the First Minister to ask for analysis of the support available to businesses in UK nations to be published and provided to the Committee.
Chair's closing remarks
As this was the final scheduled meeting for the Committee for the Scrutiny of the First Minister of the Fifth Senedd the Chair thanked the Committee members for their work on the Committee, the First Minister and his officials for their engagement with the Committee’s work, and the secretariat for supporting the work of the Committee.
